Integrace zanikající společnosti do systému managementu BOZP nástupnické společnosti

Abstract

Fúze společností jsou častými ekonomickými jevy. Spolu s právními a ekonomickými aspekty fúze se naskýtá nutnost řešení otázek řízení uvnitř společností po sloučení. Tato diplomová práce se zabývá integrací nových provozů (společnosti, která při fúzi zanikne) do systému řízení bezpečnosti a ochrany zdraví při práci společnosti, která je pokračující. Byla zpracována analýza obou závodů zaměřená na plnění shody s požadavky normy ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008 před fúzí. Na základě této analýzy byly identifikovány zásadní body, které by mohly ovlivnit situaci ve společnosti po sloučení vzhledem k legislativě BOZP a systému řízení BOZP a zpracovány návrhy a doporučení pro odstranění identifikovaných neshod.

Merger is frequent economic phenomena. Along with legal and econimic aspects of the merger we face to a need of solving of management issues inside the company after the merger. In this thesis I deal with the integration of new proces (the company that with the merger become extinguished) into a occupational health and safety management system of the ongoing company. I compiled an analyses of both plants before merger focused on compliance of the systém with requirements of ČSN OHSAS 18001:2008. Based on this analysis the key aspects were identified, that could affect the situation in the company after the merger due to the OHS legislation and OHS management system. I processed proposal and recommendation to eliminate identified non-conformities.
