Analýza podmínek pro zvyšování úrovně služeb v obci Ostravice

Abstract

The object of the diploma work „Analysis of the conditions for increasing the standard of the services at the municipality of Ostravice“ is to analyze current state of services in municipality of Ostravice, qualify them and upon the characteristics of the chosen location suggest appropriate measures, which would faciliate higher effectiveness of tourist trade in this particular destination. The diploma work has five chapters, including introduction and conclusion. The introduction contains description of metodology applied for this diploma work. First part is focused on destination management, where I define terms tourist trade, destination of tourist trade, destination management and marketing. Second part is dedicated to characterization of examined region Beskydy, its tourism and the Protected landscape area of Beskydy. The merit of the diploma work lie in its third part, which contains the description of municipality of Ostravice, its realization and location factors. These factors are consequently used for SWOT analysis (Strenghs, Weaknesses, Opportunities, Threats). As a conclusion, I formulate suggestions, which contribute with practical application suggestions. On the grounds of executed research, regarding services provided to travel trade participants in the Ostravice service centre, I have formulated some of the possible suggestions for the enhancement of the level of services of tourist trade in the Ostravice.
