Hodnocení dodavatelů společnosti Dalkia Česká republika, a.s.

Abstract

Bachelor thesis considers with the method of suppliers evoluation. The introductory section briefly describes the characteristics of the company Dalkia Česká republika, a.s. The predominant part involves supplier evaluation process, which is defined procedures for evaluating and selecting suitable suppliers, supplier performance evaluation and choice of selected evaluation methods. Furthermore, it discusses the practical evaluation of suppliers of specific companies. In the last phase of a part is discussed progress of supplier evaluation Dalkia Česká republika, a.s., which is compared to its own proposals for the improvement and efficiency of this activity.
