Objemová studie objektu na Nádražní ulici v Ostravě

Purpose of this bachelor thesis is the design of residential house with special purpose apartments on Nadrazni Street in Ostrava. The work is elaborated as a case study in three options, one of them is proposed in detail. The options vary especially in the dimensions of residential building and size of special purpose apartments.

Proposal of the connection to technical and transport infrastructure is included in the work. Object’s design does fulfill the requirements for barrier-free usage. The work also includes the SWOT analysis of selected area, calculation for parking and parking spaces and calculations for selected variant.
