Abstract

DOLEŽAL, Michal. Plan of physical security for ensure the safety of selected cultural eventsconcert. Faculty of safety engineering, VSB – Technical university of Ostrava 2017, s. 64 Dissertation thesis, Head of work: Ing. Vera Holubova, Ph.D. This thesis focuses on the physical security plan for private security services to ensure security during the concert. The first chapter deals with legislation related to private security services integrated rescue system. The following chapters describe the basic information about the concert venue information, a description of the physical protection of the facility OSTRAVAR ARENA. The next chapter analyzes and risk assessments. The last chapter deals with the actual design of the plan, including physical security methodical and tactical procedures for ensuring the safety of the concert, a proposed measure to reduce and minimize the seriousness of the risk and coordination with the security forces.
