Analýza měření výkonnosti procesu nakupování a návrh jeho zlepšení ve společnosti VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s.

Abstract

The aim of this master thesis is to analyse the current purchasing performance measurement system at VÍTKOVICE HEAVY MACHINERY a.s. and to propose its improvement. Based on the information obtained in the current state analysis is devised a completely new performance measurement system for each individual purchasing macroprocess activity. The improvement of purchasing performance measurement system includes a selection of the appropriate performance indicators, a description of these indicators, a design of the relevant mathematics relations and a data source identification. The proposal is also supplemented by some recommendations for further improvement of the purchasing performance measurement.
