Abstract

The thesis is focused on the comparative analysis of the company Ridera Bohemia, a.s. In this thesis, company Ridera Bohemia, a.s. is compared on the basis of selected indicators of financial analysis with two companies in the period 2011-2015. The work is divided into two main parts - theoretical and practical. The theoretical part is devoted to the characteristics of the company and characteristics of two other companies that are crucial for comparative analysis, and is dedicated to the theoretical definition of the most important indicators of financial analysis, based on which the company is compared with selected businesses and theoretical definition of selected bankruptcy and credibility models. The practical part is focused on the analysis of financial indicators of individual companies, defining the strengths and weaknesses of the company, based on which the company Ridera Bohemia, a.s. suggested a possible strategy for its future development.
