Zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí Olomouckého kraje

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je zhodnocení podnikatelského prostředí Olomouckého kraje. Cílem je provést analýzu kraje ve srovnání se sousedními kraji a Českou republikou, zhodnotit a navrhnout možná opatření pro zlepšení kvality podnikatelského prostředí a životního prostředí, jakým směrem by se mohli podnikatelé ubírat a čemu věnovat pozornost. Pro dosažení tohoto cíle jsou použity analýzy 7C, PEST a SWOT, ze kterých se zjistí nejdůležitější aspekty kraje, silné a slabé stránky, příležitosti a hrozby, na základě kterých jsou navrhována doporučení pro vedení kraje a podnikatele samotné.

The subject of this bachelor's thesis is an evaluation of the business environment of the Olomouc Region. The aim is to analyse the region compared to neighbouring regions and the Czech Republic, evaluate and propose possible measures to improve the quality of the business environment and the environment, in which direction entrepreneurs could go and what to pay attention to. 7C, PEST and SWOT analyses are used to achieve this goal, which will determine the most important aspects of the region, strengths and weaknesses, opportunities and threats on the basis of which recommendations for the region's management and entrepreneurs themselves are proposed.
