Abstract
The aim of this thesis is to create a time-space analysis of development of land price maps of the city of Ostrava, using unified geodatabase. Then the outcomes are split into individual areas and the development is shown on selected land plots.
Based on the gathered data, a prediction of further development of land prices is created, using chosen mathematical methods.
A visualization of some data and maps are included in the thesis as well as online presentation of the thesis content and findings.
