Průmyslová robotizace s použitím umělé inteligence a její výzvy ovlivňující rozvoj BOZP 4.0

Abstract

This dissertation focuses on industrial robotization using artificial intelligence (AI) and its challenges in the context of occupational safety and health (OSH) development within the frameworks of Industry 4.0 and 5.0. The main objective is to propose the implementation of autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) with AI in the warehouse operations of a medium-sized manufacturing company in the Czech Republic and to assess its impact on workplace safety and internal logistics efficiency. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical section includes a literature review on the development of industrial robotization, automation, AI deployment, and new OSH approaches in the era of digitalization and the new industrial revolution. It also describes the characteristics of AMR technologies, including navigation systems, safety functions, and integration capabilities. In the practical section, the current state of logistics in the selected company using conventional forklift trucks is analyzed. Risk matrix method is used to assess risks before and after the proposed deployment of AGILOX OCF autonomous mobile robots. The section also includes financial comparisons, proposals for organizational and technical measures, and a comparison of the benefits of robotization versus existing solutions. The outcome is a model for the safe implementation of AI-enabled AMRs that reduces occupational safety and health risks while improving operational efficiency. The thesis provides practical recommendations for manufacturing companies and contributes new insights to the scholarly discourse on OHS 4.0.
