Metody a nástroje pro hodnocení evakuace osob

Abstract

This bachelor thesis focuses on a literature search on the issue of evacuation of persons, its types and methods of evaluating its success. The aim of the thesis is to systematically map the available theoretical knowledge and approaches to evacuation evaluation and to provide a comprehensive overview of the methods and tools used. The thesis summarizes the legal and normative aspects of evacuation processes, identifies factors influencing the course of evacuation and analyses different methodological approaches to its evaluation. Based on a critical analysis of available resources, the advantages and disadvantages of these methods are assessed in order to highlight their suitability for different situations and types of evacuation scenarios. The work serves as a review material that can be used in further study or application of knowledge in the field of security and crisis management.
