Studie závitových tyčí z hlediska destruktivních zkoušek

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce „Studie závitových tyčí z hlediska destruktivních zkoušek“ je studie využití daného typu profilu a oceli např. v geotechnice, stavebnictví nebo důlním průmyslu. Účelem mé práce je stanovení konkrétních materiálů a parametrů výrobků v daných aplikacích. Předmětem práce jsou závitové tyče o rozměrech 15-90 mm použité v konstrukcích a systémech z daných používaných tyčí. Jedním z doplňkových témat bude aplikace antikorozní ochrany. Okruh zájmu bude soustředěn na Českou a Slovenskou republiku, Polsko, Německo a Rakousko. Výsledkem práce bude popis použití závitových tyčí, celých systémů včetně podložek, příložek apod., dále rozměrů a jakostí v různých odvětvích průmyslu. Diplomová práce je zaměřena na popis základních principů různých destruktivních zkoušek a jejich postupů. Práce obsahuje výzkumnou část s destruktivními zkouškami.

The aim of dessertation is: „Study of threaded rods from viewpoint of descructive tests“ is study of the type of profile and steel for instance in geotechnics, building industry or in mining industry. Purpose of my thesis is determinatin of specific materials and parameters of the product in other applications. The subject of thesis is threaded rods with dimensions of 15-90 mm used in constructions and systems of the use rods. One of additional topics will be applications of anticorosive protection. Sphere of interest will be focused on the Czech and Slovak republic, Poland, Germany and Austria. The result of thesis will be description of the use of threaded rods, complete systems including pads and dimensions quality in various industries. Dissertation is aimed to describe basic principles of various descructive tests and their procedures. Dissertation contains of a research part with destructive test.
