Abstract

The topic of diploma thesis is the effect of HR activities on employee satisfaction in a selected company and is divided in two parts. First part is theoretical and describes various HR activities in general. In the second part an unnamed company and its HR activities are analyzed. It also contains results of survey regarding work satisfaction conducted among selected employees. In a conclusion specific suggestions to the employer are proposed in order to boost work productivity, morale and overall employee satisfaction.
