Abstract
This bachelor thesis contains the proposals for marketing communication improvement of sports and entertainment centre „Turtle“ in Dubňany. The work is divided into theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part presents the findings of existing as well as new tools of marketing communication. The practical part describes the town of Dubňany, its location, history and monuments and also the sports center itself. SWOT analysis is covered of the sports center and a data collection is carried out in this section further by means of questionnaires. These findings result in proposals for improvement the sports centre of promotion, which should help to increase its attendance and awareness of its existence. Promotion in a form of leaflets, posters and business cards, advertisements in newspapers and radio, discounts, extended offers targeted especially at women, organization of competitions and events was specifically designed. A promotion by making use of social networks and database creation was also suggested.
