Abstract

This bachelor thesis is about social services provided in the corporate town Frýdek – Místek. The author divided them into four categories: services for rentier, services for people with disabilities, services for people in difficult social situation and services for children and youth. For each facility providing social services the author find out, for whom social services are intended, whether it is a field services, outpatient or residential, as well as various facilities providing social services managed with money in 2008. Work also solves what activities are offered in facilities to users of given social services. In conclusion, the author tried to confirm partial hypothesis that selected social services are for users offered in appropriate quality.
