Time management jako nezbytná dovednost manažera

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Time management jako nezbytná dovednost manažera“ se zabývá významem time managementu, jeho historií a hlavními principy. Cílem je popsat techniky, stanovování priorit, plánování a pomůcky pro plánování, jež lze využít k organizaci času. Na závěr je uvedeno vlastní zhodnocení a výhody či nevýhody jednotlivých metod. Poznatky z této práce mohou využít v praxi nejen průmyslové podniky, ale i širší okruh čtenářů.

Bachelor thesis „Time Management as a Manager’s Essential Skill“ deals with importance of time management, its history and main princpiples. The aim is to describe techniques, setting priorities, planning and planning tools that can be used for time management. At the end there is a self-evaluation and the advantages and disadvantages of each method. Findings from of this thesis can be used in practice, not only in industrial companies but also for wider range of readers.
