Abstract

The point of this bachelor thesis is elaboration of constructional technological project documentation for three floored housing construction with six home units built on basement basis. Housing premises are located between first and third above grade floor, commercial spaces are in basement. First above grade floor is designed as no-barrier accomodation people with reduced mobility. Project Documentation is divided into two parts. The part of structural engineering which describes the solution of technical drawings, technical report and thermal-technical examination of peripheral structural constructions. The other, technological part, describes technological process for monolithic bases realization and defined item budget of bases.
