Abstract

Strategic management is not only important for multinationals. Small businesses in most cases, strategic management techniques do not, they act more intuitively and managerial positions often considers itself the owner or owners of the company. In my work I decided to prove that even for a small business or small-scale strategic management is useless, and that it can successfully develop a strategic analysis, in which the organization can be designed for a useful strategy. I conducted an investigation of external and internal environment of the company and the results of the analysis I proposed in my discretion, the most appropriate strategy consisting of three sub-strategies and market penetration strategy, strategy, service development and market development strategy. The methods used can appoint a financial analysis, SWOT analysis, BCG Matrix, GE Matrix, SPACE analysis and PEST analysis.
