Logistický proces pro vybraný díl ve výrobní společnosti

Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is to focus on the logistic process of the selected item. In the first part, the author deals with the characteristics of logistics in general and also analyzes its individual parts, such as production management, purchasing management or a strategy itself and structure of Supply Chain Management. The practical part introduces Begroup a.s. and planning the logistics process of selected items. The author presents a particular selected item, a parking camera, where she focuses on the overall planning of purchased item. In the next section, she then analyzes this activity and presents a proposal for a new solution. At the same time, it also deals with the storage of this part in relation to financial indicators. The result is the recommendation for measures to increase the efficiency of the entire logistics process.
