Abstract

This Bachelor Work is describing the finance view of an investment in conditions of a middle size municipality Hat in Southern Moravia. The investment purpose is being financed from the municipality budget in a variety of financial schemes. The Theory part of this Work contains a description of municipality and its budget function in general and the list of ways to finance the investments. The Practice part is dealing with the real municipality from the mentioned region, describes the village, its economy, the real investment financing and showes a reference of the municipal council verdict. The Work shows the whole spectrum of possibilities that the council can take in view when deciding its investment ideas.
