The subject of this bachelor thesis is the elaboration of project documentation for the construction of a family house in the village of Skalice u Frýdku-Místku according to the Decree 131/2024 Coll. on documentation of buildings. This building is located in the cadastral area of Skalice u Frýdku-Místku on the plot number 1518.

The study carried out in the subject Atelier Production 1, which was taken over into Atelier Production 5, where it was more elaborated, serves as a basis for the preparation of the project documentation.

The Bachelor's thesis includes the design documentation of the building and a text part with an accompanying, summary and technical report related to the object and the plot. The appendices contain drawings of the designed object and architectural design through views, visualizations and details. The specialisation of the bachelor thesis is architecture.
