Abstract

The aim of this thesis is an analysis and comparison of fitness centers in terms of services offered. The thesis is divided into four parts. The first part is defined as theoretical issues (marketing, management, sports management, sports manager). In the second part was characterized by four fitness centers. The third part was compared to fitness centers with selected criteria. The last part contains the results and recommendations. Research was carried out using the methods of marketing research (SWOT analysis) and interviewing methods (questionnaire and interview technique). Work could serve as an overview of the services provided by fitness centers.
