Abstract
This bachelor thesis deals with the study of the structure and corrosion properties of magnetic materials based on NdFeB. The theoretical part is devoted to the specifics of the structure and its effect on magnetic and corrosion properties of the magnet. This part is also devoted to the protection of the magnets against corrosion, protective coatings and suitable alloying elements.
In the experimental part NdFeB magnet samples along with samples of carbon steel class 11 (for comparasion) undergo electrochemical tests in various solutions, which characterize a certain corrosive environment. Values resulting from the measurements of the corrosion resistance of the sample in different environments are presented in tables and illustrated with potenciodynamic curves.
