Geometrický plán na oddelenie pozemkov a určenie vlastníckých práv k pozemkom

Abstract

Cieľom tejto diplomovej práce bolo vyhotoviť geometrický plán na oddelenie pozemkov a určenie vlastníckych práv k týmto pozemkom. Teoretická časť bola zameraná na niektoré časti katastra nehnuteľností, kde zároveň bola rozobratá problematika vektorových máp, merania zmien a ich zaznamenávania, ako aj obsah tvorby GP a jeho častí. Praktická časť sa venuje vyhotoveniu konkrétneho GP v katastrálnom území Háj, v prostredí programu SKM 2.71, kde je stručne popísané príslušné katastrálne územie, ako aj vyhotovenie geometrického plánu od vyžiadania podkladov až po jeho overenie. Meranie bolo vykonané pomocou globálneho určovania polohy technológiou GNSS, konkrétne metódou RTN. Výsledok tejto diplomovej práce je uvedený v prílohách ako geometrický plán a záznam podrobného merania zmien so všetkými náležitosťami podľa platných technických a právnych predpisov.

The aim of this diploma thesis was to draw up a geometric plan for the land separation and determination of ownership rights to these plots. The theoretical part was focused on some parts of the real estate cadastre, where at the same time the issues of vector maps, measurement of changes and their recording, as well as the content of GP and its parts were analyzed. The practical part is devoted to the preparation of a specific GP in the cadastral territory of Haj, in the program environment SKM 2.71, where the relevant cadastral area is briefly described as well as the preparation of the geometric plan from the request of the documents to its verification. The measurement was made by using Global Positioning by GNSS technology, specifically RTN. The result of this diploma thesis is presented in the annexes as a geometric plan and a record of detailed measurement of changes with all the requirements according to valid technical and legal regulations.
