Abstract
The focus of this concern is the economic crime in socially excluded areas of the Czech republic. The main aim of this is to evaluate the development of economic crimes in socially excluded areas and propose recommendations to improve the situation. Different types of economic crime and the most common criminal offences are assessed using the statistic comparison over the last five year period.
