Důsledky devizových intervencí České národní banky

Abstract

The thesis is focused on the foreign exchange intervention of the Czech National Bank and implications for Czech economy. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyze impications of foreign-exchange intervention that was performed by the Czech national bank in November, 2013. The topic is chosen with regard to its relevance in economic policy and the main body of its analysis consists of the comparison of macroeconomic indexes. To get to the core of the problem, several declarations of persons from the administration office of the Czech national bank are confronted in this work. The target was fulfilled based on the macroeconomic analysis of the progress of chosen elements of the Czech economy. It was found out that during years 2014-2015 Czech economy was boosting. The outcome of this analysis is the evaluation of effectiveness of this intervention with regard to its impacts on Czech economic.
