Abstract

This bachelor thesis discuss about the production of powder coatings, properties of hazardous substances produced during the manufacturing process, method of production powder coatings and risk analysis work environment. This bachelor thesis is based on legislative requirements to occupational health and safety of employees and safety of devices. There are mentioned frequently used hazardous substances and mixtures, also there is described the technology of production powder coatings. Security measures are highlighted in conclusion resulting from the risk analysis method RISK MATRIX.
