Zlepšení systému kontroly u vybraného výrobku v kovoprůmyslu

Abstract

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the analysis of the starting points for quality control in production and its subsequent streamlining in the UVX company. The theoretical part describes definitions of quality, including from the perspective of history, requirements, approaches to quality management, management and tools, but also defines the concept of ISO and documentation requirements. In the analytical part, the characteristics of the UVX company are described, both from a general and structural point of view, as well as from the point of view of comprehensive quality management, audit, analysis of the existing system of control and evaluation, and recommendations for improvement. The company's internal materials and observation methods were used to collect data. The obtained data were analyzed and subsequently evaluated.
