Abstract

This graduation thesis deals with the management review of municipalities. The theoretical part describes the regions and municipalities, their status, functions, authorities and management, also deals with general principles of management review of territorial units, explains the basic concepts associated with the management review, describes the procedures management review by the regional office and the auditor and also contains a list of the most common mistakes, which the territorial authorities in their management of guilty. The practical part analysis the management review of town Slavičín made by auditor and management review of the market-town Pozlovice by the controller of regional authority of Zlín Region.
