Analýza odchodu zaměstnanců

Abstract

In the diploma thesis, I am focusing on the employment termination analysis. I'm considering the selection process, comparing the survival rate according to the practice achievements, education degree, management practice and the offered working environment together with the labor market. My recommendations to decrease the level of exits are presented in the ending part.
