Analýza vzdělávání a školení zaměstnanců v podniku Diamo, státní podnik

Abstract

In this thesis, I will address education and training of employees in branch plants in ODRA organization DIAMO, state-owned enterprises. In the first chapter, we introduce the state enterprise DIAMO, its history, characteristics and odštěpnými races, of which it is composed. The next chapter contains an analysis of education, educational support workers in employment. The third section contains an analysis of staff training. Here, I will discuss the mandatory training that employees must complete according to current legislation, but also training, which are voluntary, and the employee himself deeper knowledge in their field. In the penultimate section is the evaluation and possible suggestions to improve the training and education of employees.
