Minimalizace situačních kriminogenních podmínek v městské lokalitě statutárního města Přerova

Radomír Ščurek, Ph.D. The thesis focuses to the modernization of the existing security measure and the proposal of a new security measure for purpose to minimize criminogenic traits in the urban area of the Statutory City of Přerov. The theoretical part defines the terminological framework of the solved issue and the system of crime prevention in the Czech Republic. In the practical part there is a description of the statutory city of Přerov, risk areas are defined together with an analysis of the statistical data of crime and there are existing preventive security measures. Followed by a questionnaire survey, risk identification, risk analysis and evaluation of these analyzes. Based on the results of the analyzes, preventive safety measures are proposed, one of which is the most suitable variant of the implementation of security measures, including economic evaluation.
