Využití metody AHP v řízení nákupu

Abstract

This thesis is focused on using AHP method in purchasing management. The first aim of this thesis is finding wheter the buyer's skills correspond with the goals of the purchasing department. The second aim of this thesis is to select a suitable supplier of metal parts. In the thesis the AHP method is described theoretically in detail, then applied to two research problems – evaluation of the buyer's skills and choice of suitable supplier.
