Abstract

The thesis aims to evaluate job satisfaction of production company employee with selected incentives namely the content of work, working conditions, reward system and working relationships. The satisfaction assessment is based on a questionnaire survey in which employees of the production department were interviewed. The aim of the thesis is to analyze the current state of employee satisfaction with selected incentives and subsequently possible recommendations for improving job satisfaction and mitigating the influence of factors contributing to employee job dissatisfaction.The thesis aims to evaluate job satisfaction of production company employee with selected incentives namely the content of work, working conditions, reward system and working relationships.
