Transformace forem a projevů hazardního hraní u mládeže v kontextu současné společnosti.

Abstract

The presented diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of security risks associated with the transformation of gambling elements into digital and collectible environments, with a primary focus on adolescents and young adults. The theoretical section examines the issues of loot boxes and trading cards as modern forms of "gamblification" that exhibit psychological similarities to traditional gambling. The practical section utilizes quantitative research and statistical analysis in the JASP software to verify established hypotheses. Through the application of FMEA and CARVER methods, critical risks are identified. Consequently, specific legislative, technical, and preventive measures are proposed in the final part of the thesis, aiming to enhance consumer protection and strengthen security within the analyzed environment.
