Preventivnost a systém údržby provozu dopravních pásů

Abstract

This work is focused on prevention and maintenance system problematic of conveyor belting, it describes level and maintenance systems, which are used in operations. Based on this analysis, we propose the maintenance system according to the actual equipment condition. There is highlighted the importance of implementation of the system gathering data about conveyor belting and its splices and implementation of the diagnostic methods for belting damage and rubber covers wear. In the conclusion there are described actual results of the belt diagnostics under operation conditions on selected examples.
