Analýza konkurenceschopnosti podniku

Abstract

Company Rektimont s.r.o. decided to make an analysis of its competitiveness, to assess steps leading to strengthening its position on the market, and evaluate potential option to expand to new markets. Methods used to assess the level of competitiveness are SWOT analysis, PEST analysis (analysis of Political, Economic, Social and Technology factors) and BCG matrix. In the beginning of my thesis I deal with depicting of each methods nature. Practical part of my thesis I try to apply these methods in full scale on company’s business and trade environment. Results of each individual analysis will be commented and then assessed. In the end I try to recommend the company which of certain steps and which direction to head in order to strengthen its competitiveness.
