Abstract

This bachelor thesis analyze diversity management in industrial company. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to analyzes the potential benefits of diversity management for modern company. The first part deals with the theory of diversity, followed by the second part, which theoretically defines the term diversity management, its basic principles and the categorizing. Further is bachelor thesis focused on the implementation of diversity management into business reality. The next section describes diversity management in the Czech Republic, areas where they had already implemented diversity management and expamples of industrial companies. The last part is focused on analyzing the potential benefits of implementing diversity management in the modern company.
