Abstract

This diploma work deals with ways of resolving over-indebtedness of physical entities. The finding out and evaluation of the causes of over-indebtedness of physical entities as well as the possible results of bank loans and non-bank subjects for the over-indebtedness of physical entities will be dealt with in the first part of the work. The second part can serve everyone, who would like to solve their inability to fulfill their payment obligations. The possibilities for resolving over-indebtedness of physical entities will theoretically be worked out here. The goal of this work is to determine conditions under which debtors reach approval of being debt-free and in which way they will pay their debts off by means of a payment calendar. If the court does not approve their debt-free status, then in which way debts will be enabled by means of foreclosure proceedings. Finally, the debtor’s economic situation will clearly be compared given both options.
