Územní studie střediska volného času, Račice-Pístovice

Abstract

The point of this bachalor work is to prepare a proposal for buiding new center for free time in community Račice – Pístovice. The territory is located by the Pistovice´s pond. Based on received foundations and situation of current condition of this territory, i have made two proposals. One of them i have made into final form with the solution for static traffic and traffic and technical infrastructure. Part of this bachalor work is also a proposal for public greens, sport fields and furniture. The biggest problem in work progress were the current nets of technical infrastucture, mainly the water connection, which is the onus in this territory. Then also the electric line which separates the area onto two parts. Another issue were limits in this area. As the protective zone of forrest and source of water of second degrese. The final option is prepared as sport and recreational grounds. From the south side is situated a recreational facility of nature swimming pool with rope center, minigolf, child playground and more attractions. The north side of the land is forseen for sport reasons and parking. A multifuncional hall is placed here, tennis court and field for badminton. The main entrance on the premises is proposed on the north side. The second option is solved easily due to relaying of the water supply and enriched of a baskett ball field. This proposal is also devided into two areas, the sport area and recreational area. The bachalor work is made in the level of territorial study.
