Abstract

The diploma thesis is focused on possibilities of emergency call in the Czech Republic and in the world and its legal form. The thesis contains an innovative design of the emergency call service, by means of the ATM. The design describes the technology of ATM operation and deals with adjustment of the ATM for emergency calling. A risk analysis is implemented to evaluate critical indicators, which could have adverse effect to the functionality in case of realization the emergency call by ATM. The process of the emergency call is illustrated and future technologies are discussed, that could supplement this design.
