Abstract

The thesis is focused on application of multi – criterial decision making principles, methods and tools of usage of former sand pit estate which is situated in Rychvald, locality of Horní Podlesí. The thesis theoretical part describes the decision making problems characteristics and characteristics about the chosen method of multi – criterial decision making. The practical part referres to course of possible estates usage processes and identifies partakers of those processes. In the main part of this thesis there is solved decision making problem about selection an optimal future usage variant. The final chapter contains an assessment of contribution that solution. I have inserted all relevant appendices at the end of this thesis.
