Optimalizace technologických postupů výroby nástrojových ocelí pro zlepšení mikročistoty oceli

Abstract

The thesis is focused on optimalization of technological processes in the production of tool steels to improve steel microcleanness. At the first part of the thesis characteristic and properties, effect of chemistry and production technology of tool steels are presented. The next part includes analysis of literary works focused on variation of chemistry to improve microstructure of tool steels, mechanical properties and carbide inclusions morphology. The experimental part deals with the usual melt and also evaluates macrostructure, microstructure and chemistry of steel block with defect.
