Minipivovary Beskyd

Abstract

V předložené práci jsou zpracovány informace o minipivovarech v oblasti Beskyd a blízkého okolí. Práce se zabývá přírodními poměry oblasti, kde je popsána geomorfologie a geologie zkoumané oblasti, dále historií rozvoje pivovarů v oblasti Beskyd. V této kapitole jsou popsány první zmínky o výrobě piva ve světe i v Čechách, historie jednotlivých pivovarů a výroba piva. Kapitola minipivovary Beskyd popisuje, jak minipivovary fungují v současné době. Poslední kapitola obsahuje návrh exkurze po vybraných minipivovarech.

In the present work there is information about the minibreweries in the Beskid Mountains and the surrounding area. The work deals with the natural proportions of areas where it is described geomorphology and geology study area, further development history of breweries in the Beskid Mountains. This chapter describes the first mention of beer production in the world and in the Czech Republic, the history of the various breweries and beer production. Chapter microbreweries Beskydy describes how microbreweries operate currently. The last chapter contains a proposal excursion selected minibrewery.
