Investiční rozhodování v oblasti údržby předávacích stanic

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce „Investiční rozhodování v oblasti údržby předávacích stanic“ je využití metod hodnocení investičních projektů pro hodnocení budoucích investic. V první části jsou vymezeny způsoby vzniku nákladů a vysvětleny pojmy týkající se údržby výrobních prostředků. V druhé části jsou uvedeny jednotlivé metody hodnocení investičních projektů včetně jejich výhod a nevýhod. V praktické části jsou aplikovány vybrané metody hodnocení investičních projektů na reálné investiční projekty z oblasti údržby ve společnosti Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. V závěru jsou shrnuty jak teoretické, tak praktické poznatky, včetně doporučení pro budoucí investiční rozhodování.

The subject of this thesis “Investment Decisions Making in the Field of Tranfer Stations Maintenance” is how to use investment projects evaluation Methods for future investment evaluation. In the first part the ways of costs arising are defined and the concept of means production maintenance is explained. In the second part of this thesis the individual methods of the investment projects evaluation including their advantages and disadvantages are specified. In the practical part of this thesis the selected methods of the investment projects evaluation in the field of the maintenance in Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. are applied. In the conclusion of this thesis the theoretical and practical knowledge including future investment decision recommendations are summed up.
