Abstract
Bachelor thesis deals with the control system in terms of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The aim of this work is to evaluate the setting of the internal control system of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region and the performance of the control of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region in the field of municipal finances and review of delegated powers by municipalities in 2008-2012. The first chapter contains an introduction and fifth conclusion. The second chapter analyzes the control system and the third chapter describes the scope, organization and activities of the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The fourth chapter development of internal control, public-administrative control, inspection review of municipal finances and control of delegated powers exercised by the Regional Authority of the Moravian-Silesian Region.
