Technicko ekonomické zhodnocení úpravnické linky POWERSCREEN na provozovně Grygov za období 2007-2009

Abstract

Náplní této diplomové práce je provést technicko ekonomické zhodnocení úpravnické linky POWERSCREEN na provozovně Grygov za období 2007 – 2009. V úvodu práce je popsána charakteristika provozovny a stávající stav technologické úpravy kameniva. Dále navrhuji modernizaci linky spočívající ve výměně drtiče. Zhodnocuji daná řešení a navrhuji provedení kapacitních zkoušek. Závěrem práce porovnávám využití technologické linky v období 2007 – 2009 a zhodnocuji kvalitativní parametry modernizované linky.

The contents of this diploma paper is technical and economic estimation of the converter line POWERSCREEN on workplace Grygov for the period of 2007-2009. The introduction of the paper is a charecteristic of the workplace and current condition of technological modification of the aggregate. Further on I suggest modernizing of the converter line subsisting in the exchange of the stone crusher. I evaluate the existing solutions and I suggest making of capacitive tests. At the end of the paper I compare the usage of the technological line in the period of 2007 – 2009 and I evaluate the qualitative parametre of the modernized converter line.
