Integrace termokamer do procesu řízení drátovny

Abstract

Diplomová práce je zaměřena na návrh a realizací systému měření teploty pomocí termokamer na provoze kontinuální drátovny. Čtvrtou průmyslovou revolucí označujeme současný trend zjednodušování práce zaváděním automatizace v průmyslovém prostředí. Měření teploty během výroby válcovaného drátu je stěžejní pro konečnou kvalitu vývalku. Nerovnoměrné chlazení provalku během válcování zvyšuje riziko vad a riziko špatných mechanických vlastností výrobku. Integrace termokamer zajišťuje přesnější měření teploty provalku. Diplomová práce má za úkol porovnat současné možnosti měření teploty, navrhnout vhodné zařízení a popsat integraci do stávající technologie drátovny.

The diploma thesis is focused on the design and implementation of a temperature measurement system using thermal cameras in the operation of a conti-wire plant. The fourth industrial revolution refers to the current trend of simplifying work by introducing automation in the industrial environment. Temperature measurement during the production of rolled wire is crucial for the final quality of the roll. Uneven cooling of the blank during rolling increases the risk of defects and the risk of poor mechanical properties of the product. The integration of thermal cameras ensures a more accurate measurement of the temperature of the blank. The diploma thesis has the task of comparing the current possibilities of temperature measurement, designing a suitable device and describing the integration into the existing technology of the wire-plant.
