Abstract

The subject of this diploma thesis is to provide a complex strategic analysis of company Kolejové pohony a.s. and identify the elementary atributes affecting the business from internal and external environment. Considering the research that is based on economic models associated with conception of business strategic analysis. The principles of particular methods are described within the section of theroretical part of thesis which provide an output to be utilized in life cycle of business. In context of described methods the potential scenario of business development is going to be proposed considering the proposals and recomendations in conclusion of diploma thesis.
