The thesis aims to create a methodology to assembly a service plan of building equipment for contributory organizations of the Moravian-Silesian Region. The theoretical part sums up the issue of the establishment of regions, contributory organizations, and because administration of buildings technology is part of Facility Management, is also mentioned. One of the most important theoretical part, is a list of commonly occurring technical equipment of buildings, including legislation related to operation and maintenance. The practical part is created the methodology and applied it on office of the Moravian-Silesian Region. Service plan created in the system FaMa+ is becoming the basis for other persons who will create plans within buildings contributory organizations. It also includes assessment of the time management.
